'Impression of Mangroves' is a series of paintings by Brisbane‑based artist Mei Mei Liu. Taking inspiration from Redlands Coast’s unique environment, Liu reflects on her regular visits to Wellington Point (Cullen-Cullen) and observations of mangrove forests along the shorelines. Liu’s unique painting style is a hybrid of elements learnt from her training in Chinese painting combined with other western techniques and influences.

Exhibition continues until Tuesday 12 July 2022

People aged 16 and over will be required to provide proof of vaccination status or medical exemption to enter Redland Art Gallery and visitors will still need to check-in using the QR code.
