The Broadway I Love

Decades of Broadway favourites brought together in one spectacular show!

Musical Melodies favourites Roy Best and Alison Jones return to RPAC for the 2022 season. The pair delighted audiences with Lanza Sings Again in 2017 and Caruso to Carreras in 2019. Now they are set to take you on a captivating musical journey with The Broadway I Love.

Roy Best has always had a love of Broadway and in this show he gets to sing all of his favourite songs from some of the most-loved musicals of all time. Featuring songs from musicals by Rodgers and Hammerstein, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Lerner and Lowe, Cole Porter, Leonard Bernstein and many more. You can look forward to stunning performances of legendary songs including Music of the Night from Phantom of The Opera, Bring Him Home from Les Misérables plus selections from The Sound of Music and Cats, to name but a few.

His leading lady for this production will once again be the incredibly versatile international soprano Alison Jones, who has firmly established her talent and popularity on the RPAC stage. Best and Jones are joined by the ever-popular Chris McKenna, who will narrate and compere this fabulous musical performance.

With beautiful music and nostalgic memories, this will be a delightful, not to be missed, celebration of all things Broadway.
