The Friendly Chat Bed and Breakfast offers choices - King/Twin Room (private bathroom, not ensuite) or Queen Ensuite Room, or you are able to book the whole space - user-friendly for people travelling alone, couples, small groups or families. Prices are based on two people sharing one room.

Rooms
Twin/King Room with private bathroom
This room has two extra-long single ensembles that can be used either for a twin room, or for a full-sized king bed if required. Looking out onto the garden towards the Bay, this room has its own private access through the sliding door.
Fitted with blockout curtains as well as opaque blinds, you can have as much or as little light as you want to enjoy this room.
A two-door, built in wardrobe provides ample storage and hanging space, and contains a fan, clothes rack, hairdryer and umbrella for your convenience.
A private bathroom complements this room. It is fresh and features a walk-in shower with a strong grip rail, a vanity containing a variety of complimentary toiletries, and a toilet with a disability grab rail.
Queen Room with ensuite
This room has a comfortable Queen-sized bed, with bedside tables and lamps allowing for relaxing reading. It has the luxury of a new ensuite with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. Complimentary toiletries include shampoo and conditioner as well as locally handmade soap.
Quality linen and fluffy white towels add to the comfort of your stay.
