Easter with a difference at the Little Ship Club

If you are looking for a unique way to spend Easter with your loved ones, how about an island getaway close to home on North Stradbroke Island?

The Little Ship Club in Dunwich on the picturesque shores of Morton Bay is a 25-minute ferry ride from Cleveland and this Easter, the venue will be putting on a show for families.

There will be extended Easter holiday trading hours from Friday 29 March to Sunday 14 April, with a free movie night, live music and kids’ Easter activities over the weekend.

The Club offers fresh, locally sourced seafood like oyster, prawns and whiting, plus traditional pub food and a heap of entertainment.

Saturday 30 March - a free movie night on the lawn overlooking the bay. The Club will be screening the classic Blockbuster film Tomb Raider starring Angelina Jolie as Lara Croft. Grab a spot from 5.30pm and enjoy popcorn, ice cream and lolly bags available from the bistro. The Straddie Flyer will then transport guests back to Cleveland at 7.55pm.

Sunday 31 March – the Easter Bunny will make a delivery on Sunday morning, creating an Easter egg hunt for the kids from 11.30am. Other entertainment will include live music by Who Killed Kenny from 11.30am to 3.30pm and face painting, plus free kids games like soccer, football, bubble wands, totem tennis and more.
