No Lights No Lycra Redlands Coast is thrilled to bring the joy of dancing in a safe, friendly, non-judgemental, drug and alcohol free atmosphere back to RPAC for one hot August night!

No Lights No Lycra is a space where everyone is a dancer. The lights go off, the music goes loud —and you dance like nobody's watching. There is no light, no lycra, no teacher, no steps to learn, no technique, just free movement. You can completely let go, shake out the stresses of the week, exercise at your own pace, and lose yourself in your body's music and physicality.

We play a bit of everything, from rock, pop, swing, folk, hip hop, soul, disco, cheesy top 40, and dance floor classics across the decades. You can always sit out for a song or step-tap on the spot if anything doesn't take your fancy - it's not like anyone will see you!

Established in 2009, there are now 70 No Lights, No Lycra ambassadors across every major City in Australia and regional towns, with outposts in cities like Tokyo, Glasgow, Texas, New York, London, and Auckland.

No Lights No Lycra has brought the joy of dance to thousands of people around the world, and we'd love to get even more people dancing in the dark for better health and wellbeing.
