Workshop: Create Your Own Altar.
Soak up the creative atmosphere of a working pottery studio and join the studio community of makers for a full day of slowing down, connecting, and creating.
In this immersive workshop, guests will work under the tutorage of Diane from Mud of Moon to hand-build their very own altar from clay.
Over the course of the day, Diane will guide step-by-step through slab-building techniques, shaping, and surface sculpting and carving.
With a full day to work, guests will have the time and space to experiment with form, texture, and finish - whether using the provided templates or letting vision take shape. In this workshop guests will: Learn slab-building techniques in clay.
Explore decoration methods to personalise the altar. Create a sacred piece infused with intention. Slow down, connect, and craft with care and presence.
