Pyrography—also known as woodburning—has long been used to decorate natural materials with intricate patterns and personal markings. In this workshop, participants will learn how this historic craft has evolved into a modern form of wearable art, as you hand-burn your own design into a premium wide-brim faux suede hat.
Facilitated by Sharon from Burnt Brims, Custom Hats, this workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced creatives alike.
Duration: 2.5 hours
Suitable for: Ages 16+ (no prior experience required)
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes, optional to bring your own apron.
