Step back in time and discover the art of traditional soap-making in this hands-on heritage workshop.
Participants will explore the history of soap-making, the role of natural oils and ingredients, and the science behind this centuries-old craft. Following a live demonstration, participants will create their own batch of cold process soap under guided instruction.
No prior experience is needed. This workshop, facilitated by Tanya - the creator of Soap Sorcery by TLC - is calm, practical, and focused on learning a skill that is useful, satisfying, and deeply rooted in tradition.
Duration: 3 hours (afternoon & evening sessions available)
Suitable for: Ages 16+ (no prior experience required)
What to wear: Long sleeves and fully enclosed shoes must be worn. Long pants or skirts are also recommended.
