The Joy Practise is the fifth workshop in the Wise, Wild + Well series and invites participants to reconnect with joy, play, and lightness as essential aspects of wellbeing.
This uplifting, reflective workshop explores how joy can be cultivated in simple, everyday ways — not as an indulgence, but as a support for resilience, vitality, and emotional health. Participants are guided to identify what brings them alive and how to make space for more ease and enjoyment in daily life.
Facilitated by Angela Brandenburg, a counsellor, medical educator, and coach, the session blends evidence-informed wellbeing practices, guided reflection, and journalling in a supportive group setting.
The workshop takes place at The Studio by Carys Martin Ceramics on the Redlands Coast and includes light refreshments. Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook and pen.
This workshop may be attended on its own or as part of the full Wise, Wild + Well series.
